As a Technical Lead, you will oversee the delivery of Hard Services on various healthcare sites. This role involves dual responsibilities, working closely with Cumberland Infirmary Carlisle and the primary function of Account Management at SNBTS. You will manage Engineers/trades people, Facilities Managers, and lead on projects. Additionally, you will monitor contract performance, hold responsibility for budgets and financial performance, and build and maintain positive relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar level within the Healthcare Sector.
  • Engineering Background with an understanding of SHTM,s and relevant NHS guidance.
  • Strong commercially and strategically.
  • Confident internal and external (client) facing, with a natural ability to develop a strong rapport.
  • Excellent communicator, with strong and dynamic leadership and passion to drive long-term cultural change and to win hearts and minds.
  • Strategic operational management experience and proven track record in service and FM contracts.
  • Commitment to the highest standards Quality and Environmental Health and Safety.
  • Service excellence and continuous improvement drive.
