Director - IChemE Safety Centre Expertise Leader

Pursuing excellence in process and systems safety is essential for the Institution of Chemical Engineers. As a senior role, the Director, IChemE Safety Centre has a key part to play in driving this ambition forward.
This includes working closely with industry, academia, and other organisations to develop a shared understanding of the importance of process and systems safety and to identify opportunities for improvement. The Director will also be responsible for leading the development of strategies and initiatives that promote best practice in this area.
The successful candidate will be a highly respected leader in their field, with a strong track record of delivering results and a proven ability to inspire and motivate others. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
Estimated salary: £90,000 - £130,000 per annum.
