Our client, a leading private hospital in Great Missenden, is seeking a dedicated Theatre Practitioner to join their dynamic team. With a salary of up to £38,800 and excellent benefits, this exciting opportunity is perfect for a Registered Practitioner looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment.
Packages and Benefits
This role comes with an annual salary of up to £38,800, which is competitive in the healthcare sector. Employees can also enjoy 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with service, plus bank holidays. A Private Pension Scheme and Healthcare Scheme are also offered. Additionally, Enhanced Maternity, Paternity, and Adoption pay are included, as well as non-contributory life insurance and discounts for friends and family.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants should possess NMC or HCPC registration. Ideally, they should have 12 months of experience in a theatre setting, although this is not mandatory. The ability to lead a team and make influential decisions is also crucial.
