Orthopaedic Surgery Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Theatre Practitioner - Multiskilled to join our team at The Cherwell Hospital. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery. To be successful in this role, you will need to be registered with the NMC/HCPC, have previous experience in scrub/Anaesthetics/Recovery (minimum 2 specialisms), and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
In return for your expertise, we offer a range of benefits, including 25 days leave + bank holidays, buy & sell flexi leave options, private pension where Ramsay will match up to 5% after a qualifying period, flexible shift patterns available where possible, and private medical cover with option to add partner & dependants. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000-£55,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
