The role involves providing expert financial guidance to clients through personalized in-person meetings, Microsoft Teams sessions, or regional office visits. Your responsibilities will include servicing existing clients, converting business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's marketing initiatives.

To excel in this position, you must possess a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice and hold CAS status for financial planning advice. A proven track record of converting business opportunities is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, the ability to work autonomously and effectively collaborate with colleagues is crucial for success in this role.

The remuneration package includes a salary range of £50,000 - £75,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits also include holiday pay, phone, laptop, bonus structure, and a self-employed option for those who prefer it.

The ideal candidate will be able to commit to spending two days per week in the Barnstaple office, working closely with the team to achieve shared goals.
