About the RoleAs a Cleanliness Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe transportation of patients, equipment, blood products, and gas cylinders throughout the hospital. You will also engage with patients, staff, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, providing reassurance and support when needed.
- Maintain patient safety by keeping their rooms, wards, communal areas, restrooms, and other hospital areas clean and hygienic.
- Strip and clean beds and collect linen as required.
- Clean desks, ceilings, vents, walls, blinds, and other surfaces to create a sterile and safe environment.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, sweep, and polish floors, and replenish supplies as necessary.
- Empty bins and waste containers, ensuring that the hospital remains free from hazards and infections.
