Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join Tarkatrust as a Maintenance Specialist at Fremington Primary School in North Devon.

  • Vacuuming of classrooms, corridors, and other areas is an essential responsibility.
  • Sweeping and washing floors to maintain a clean and safe environment requires meticulous attention to detail.
  • Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures helps to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Cleaning lavatories and ensuring hygienic facilities is crucial for the health and wellbeing of students and staff.
  • Removing rubbish and maintaining a tidy workplace contributes to a productive and efficient working environment.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be paid approximately £25,000 per annum, inclusive of holiday pay, reflecting the importance of this role in maintaining the school's cleanliness and safety.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Enhanced DBS with Children's barred list clearance
