Business Growth Optimizer

We are currently recruiting for a Business Growth Optimizer to join our team in Chelmsford. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and making a strategic impact on our organisation.
As a business growth optimizer, you will be responsible for evaluating performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to drive business growth. This will involve developing and maintaining accurate forecasts and strategic plans, implementing standard cost accounting procedures, and managing periodic updates.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasts and strategic plans to support business growth.
- Implement standard cost accounting procedures and manage periodic updates to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with purchasing, planning, and logistics teams to optimise inventory management and costing initiatives.
- CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification is essential.
- A minimum of four years' experience in inventory accounting is required.
- Prior experience in standard costings and financial reporting is highly desirable.
- Flexible working arrangements (four days in office) are available.
