What You'll Do
As the Clothing Transformation Manager at Sainsbury's, you will play a critical role in leading the Better Buying workstream and driving the transformation of stock flow and availability as part of the Clothing Division's strategic evolution. Working closely with external partners, you will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of new capabilities, including seasonal and continuity buying tools, a demand-weighted availability metric, and an enhanced suite of reporting. Through these efforts, you will enable the achievement of challenging growth targets, unlocking significant financial benefits for the business over the next 12-18 months.
