This Learning Support Assistant role is an excellent opportunity to join our team and make a difference in the lives of students with additional needs. You will work in partnership with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support students with additional needs in Ashford schools
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and staff
  • Contribute to lesson planning and delivery as needed

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced school environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and students.

Salary: £22,000-£28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
