Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Team Leader to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Harrow, providing exceptional care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Nurses and Support Workers to ensure effective care delivery and allocation of tasks
  • Monitor staff rotas to guarantee adequate staffing levels and address any potential issues
  • Coordinate patient care programs, focusing on risk assessment and management strategies

About the Role:

  • Experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse with a current Pin Number
  • Strong understanding of the Mental Health Act 1983 and latest nursing practices
  • Ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity
