Clinical Leader in Acute Oncology Nursing

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Leader to join our team at LONDON NORTH WEST UNIVERSITY HEALTHCARE NHS TRUST. As a key member of our Cancer Services team, you will be responsible for developing and leading our services to improve patient care and outcomes.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective cancer assessment services to improve patient experience
- Work with Consultant Oncologists and Cancer CNSs to deliver safe and responsive care
- Lead the AOS CNS team and provide line management and team leadership
- Collate and present service data at local and national meetings
- Registered Nurse
- Master's level qualification in non-medical prescribing & Advanced assessment skills
- Recognised post registration qualification in cancer nursing
- Advanced communication skills training
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £59,490 - £66,239 per annum, plus HCAS. We also offer a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme and annual leave entitlement.
