About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leader in Acute Oncology Nursing to join our team at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our Cancer Services team, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering high-quality care to patients with cancer.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in Acute Oncology Nursing and will be able to demonstrate expertise in leading and managing teams, as well as developing and implementing cancer care pathways.

You will work closely with our Consultant Oncologists and Cancer CNSs to develop and deliver a comprehensive Acute Oncology Service, providing safe and responsive care to patients with cancer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of cancer care pathways
  • Manage and develop a team of Cancer CNSs
  • Collaborate with Consultant Oncologists to develop and deliver a comprehensive Acute Oncology Service
  • Provide expert advice and support to clinical colleagues on the investigation, care, and management of patients with cancer
