As a Clinical Research Nurse Leader, you will take charge on shifts and trials, driving trial development forward. You will collaborate with teams including Pharmacy, Screening, Laboratory, Recruitment and Project Management in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your induction programme will include Good Clinical Practice training and Immediate Life Support training, enabling you to grow professionally by gaining experience in delivering research projects in this growing sector. Your key responsibilities:
  • Ensuring adherence to trial protocols and collecting high-quality data in a controlled environment.
  • Administering investigational products, conducting safety monitoring, and performing assessments, including vital signs and ECG.
  • Collecting blood samples via direct venepuncture or indwelling catheter.
  • Leveraging skills and equipment to obtain trial data and monitor safety and wellbeing effectively.


Requirements:
  • A registered nursing qualification (NMC registration) is essential for this role.
  • Excellent organizational ability and strong written and oral communication skills are required.
  • An aptitude for paperwork and knowledge of Microsoft Office with keen attention to detail are also necessary.
  • You should have high standards for performance and exceptional teamwork skills.
  • A flexible attitude towards work assignments and new learnings is expected.
