Job Description:

As a Band 5 Tier 3 Weight Management Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in providing dietetic support to patients on their weight loss journey. You will work at a range of clinic sites across Barnsley, delivering one-to-one clinics and group sessions. This is a community-based role, and applicants must have a driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of patients requiring dietetic support on their weight loss journey.
  • Work at a range of clinic sites across Barnsley, delivering one-to-one clinics and group sessions.
  • Work in partnership with other health professionals to provide holistic patient care.
  • Participate in education and staff development, clinical supervision, and the appraisal process.
  • Contribute to the delivery of dietetic student training.

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc or Post-graduate Diploma in Dietetics.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
