About the Role

We are seeking two experienced Dietitians to join our dynamic Community Nutrition and Dietetics Service in Barnsley. This is a community-based role, where you will work closely with other health professionals to provide holistic patient care.

As a Dietitian, you will manage a caseload of adult patients requiring dietetic intervention in the community. You will be responsible for providing dietetic assessment and intervention for a range of conditions, including nutrition support, diabetes, stroke, and some gastro conditions such as IBS.

The roles are varied and interesting, covering a range of adult community dietetics, including community clinics, care homes, and people who are housebound. You will have the opportunity to work in partnership with other health professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a caseload of adult patients requiring dietetic intervention in the community.
  • Provide dietetic assessment and intervention for a range of conditions.
  • Work in partnership with other health professionals to provide holistic patient care.
  • Contribute to the education & staff development, clinical supervision, and the appraisal process.

**Salary:** £28,222 - £35,941 per annum (dependent on experience)
