About the Role

The **Diversity and Inclusion Transformation Lead** will play a critical role in driving a culture of inclusion and diversity within GE Aviation. This position will work closely with the leadership team to implement strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to develop and implement programs that foster a culture of belonging and respect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy that aligns with GE Aviation's business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address diversity and inclusion gaps and opportunities
  • Design and deliver training programs to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion awareness and skills
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure diversity and inclusion progress and outcomes
  • Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including employees, customers, and community partners
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees on diversity and inclusion best practices
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in diversity and inclusion and apply this knowledge to drive business results

Requirements

  • Significant experience in diversity and inclusion leadership roles, preferably in a large, complex organization
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful diversity and inclusion strategies and programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform diversity and inclusion decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field, such as diversity and inclusion, human resources, or business administration
  • Certifications in diversity and inclusion, such as the Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) or the Certified Inclusion Professional (CIP)
