Job Description

Programme Manager (Transformation)

Opus People Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead our Transformation Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide the strategic direction of the Transformation Programme, identifying potential areas of transformation and maintenance of performance.
  • Work with the Chief Officer of Finance and Performance to define, develop, and coordinate the delivery of corporate strategy and transformation projects.
  • Matrix manage programme teams drawn from various services across the organisation, and externally, delivering projects of organisational significance.
  • Conduct resource planning and forecasting to ensure the programme and its projects can be delivered to time and to budget.
  • Constructively challenge and influence officers, including the Leadership Team, in order to deliver strategic priorities through successful delivery of projects and programmes.
  • Ensure that corporate strategy and transformation projects and programmes delivered follow effective project management methodology and deliver successfully through good project management discipline, strong governance, and the proactive management of risks and issues.
