Transforming Insurance with Expertise
The RAC is on a mission to revolutionize its driving services, seeking skilled problem-solvers to build cutting-edge digital products. As an experienced Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our insurance products, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer outcomes and meet business targets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Reviewing and optimizing product offerings, operating models, and customer journeys to ensure sustainable performance and customer loyalty.
- Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), operational performance, and customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Managing delivery of actions from audits, committees, and product reviews to ensure timely and effective implementation.
- Identifying and addressing pain points in customer journeys to enhance overall experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of the general insurance industry, value chain, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Drive, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to succeed in a fast-paced commercial environment.
