Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Leader to join our team at Insight Select. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for heading up all elements of group procurement, including physical and software assets within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy to drive cost savings and process improvements.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of procurement objectives.
  • Manage the procurement process for high-value contracts, ensuring best commercial terms are achieved and contracts are negotiated effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, leading the supplier management process to ensure optimal performance and value.
  • Work closely with global procurement teams to deliver corporate objectives, while also meeting regional requirements and strategies.
  • Ensure that all procurement activities are aligned with company policies and procedures, and that all necessary documentation is maintained.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that procurement activities are integrated with business operations and that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement leadership, with a strong track record of driving cost savings and process improvements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of procurement software and systems, including Service Now asset management and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
