Client Growth Specialist

Job Description:
In this role as a Client Growth Specialist, you will work closely with our team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
About You:
To succeed in this position, you will need to have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute plans to grow client relationships and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver products and services that meet client needs.
- Monitor and report on client satisfaction and account performance.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of growing client relationships and increasing revenue.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus commission and bonus potential.
