We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage the Private Equity Operations Team at Apex Group. This team is responsible for providing administrative and project support to the Jersey Private Equity Division, reporting directly to the Central Operations Director.

Key responsibilities include working closely with various teams within the division and Risk, Compliance, Tax, and CoSec functions to ensure timely completion of annual regulatory filings and statutory obligations. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Jersey statutory laws and regulations, as well as experience in tax compliance and/or FATCA/CRS.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of the Private Equity Division. In return, we offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
