Nursery Practitioner Career Opportunity
We are seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join our team in a growing demand from nursery schools for both permanent and short-term placements. This exciting opportunity requires a skilled individual to meet the needs of nursery settings.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be driven by the goal of fostering children's learning, development, and confidence in a caring and inclusive environment.
- A minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification is required.
- You will deliver high-quality childcare services, creating a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Observe, monitor, and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and developmental milestones.
- Build strong relationships with children and their families, ensuring open and effective communication.
- Support children's emotional well-being, offering comfort, encouragement, and reassurance when needed.
- Provide personal care tailored to the needs of each setting and age group.
- Ensure all safeguarding practices are understood and implemented effectively.
- Contribute to fostering an inclusive and positive atmosphere for all children.
The estimated salary for this position is £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
