About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for you to join our store team as a Customer Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that every customer receives a positive experience.
You will work efficiently to restock shelves, manage deliveries, and provide assistance to customers as needed. Your enthusiasm and passion for delivering high-quality service will inspire your team and help drive sales growth.
The Ideal Candidate- You have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally in retail or customer-facing role.
- You possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage with customers and respond to their queries effectively.
- You are flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands.
- You have a strong work ethic and are committed to achieving high standards in everything you do.
- A competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunities and pay structures.
- An additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights.
