Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Assistant to join our team at Lidl. As a key member of our store staff, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of store standards, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Efficiently manage stock deliveries, including receiving, storing, and restocking merchandise.
- Merchandise and maintain Non-Food products to ensure a visually appealing display.
- Participate in bakery duties, including baking fresh goods and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
