Senior Payroll Coordinator

We are looking for an In-House Payroll Specialist to manage our payroll team and process payroll for around 3000 employees.
The ideal candidate will have experience with end-to-end payroll, including processing timesheets, checking payroll, managing pension and tax, and performing bank reconciliations.
Duties include:
- Overseeing the entire payroll process, from start to finish.
- Reviewing payroll for accuracy and completeness.
- Managing pension and tax requirements.
- Ensuring accurate bank reconciliations.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in high-volume payroll processing.
- Excellent Excel skills, including advanced formulas and data analysis.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bonus: Previous experience with ROI payroll systems.
This role comes with a competitive salary of circa £42,000, depending on your experience. Our office is located in London, but we offer flexible remote work arrangements, starting with one day a week and increasing to full-time remote work after April.
