Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team at a secondary school in Barnet. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring continuity in covering lessons from KS3 to KS5, while Class Teachers are on PPA time or absent.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate looking to gain valuable experience in a whole-school setting. You will have the chance to work with students of all abilities and develop your teaching skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree from a UK University and be able to deliver high-quality lessons that are engaging and interactive. You should be able to create a positive and welcoming environment in the classroom and work collaboratively with Class Teachers and the SEND Team.
Experience working with students with SEND and those with all abilities is desirable. You will need to be able to teach and support across year groups and be situated in a bustling area of Northwest London.
