Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team at a reputable secondary school in Barnet. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity in covering lessons from KS- KS5, while Class Teachers are on PPA time or absent.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate or experienced teacher looking to gain valuable experience in a supportive and inclusive school environment. You will have the chance to work with a diverse range of students and develop your teaching skills in a variety of subjects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, collaborating with Class Teachers and the SEND Team to ensure the best possible outcomes for all learners. You will also have the opportunity to work with students of all abilities and develop your skills in creating a positive and welcoming classroom environment.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about education, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively with students, teachers, and other school staff. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality lessons to students of all abilities

About You:
- Hold a degree from a UK University
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work effectively with students, teachers, and other school staff
- Be passionate about education and committed to delivering high-quality lessons
