About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team at a reputable secondary school in Barnet. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring continuity in covering lessons from KS3 to KS5, while Class Teachers are on PPA time or absent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality lessons continuing from what Class Teachers have been teaching
  • Collaborate with Class Teachers and the SEND Team to ensure the best quality of teaching is exhibited and accessible for all learners
  • Cover lessons across the school and in various subjects
  • Work with students of all abilities and those with SEND
  • Teach and support across year groups
Requirements
  • Hold a degree from a UK University
  • Be able to deliver fun, interactive, and inclusive lessons
  • Create a positive and welcoming environment in the classroom
  • Have experience working with students with SEND and those with all abilities
  • Be able to teach and support across year groups
