About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team at a secondary school in Barnet. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring continuity in covering lessons from KS3 to KS5, while Class Teachers are on PPA time or absent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality lessons continuing from what Class Teachers have been teaching
  • Collaborate with Class Teachers and the SEND Team to ensure the best quality of teaching is exhibited and accessible for all learners
  • Cover lessons across the school and in a variety of subjects
  • Work with students of all abilities and with SEND students
  • Teach and support across year groups
About You

We are looking for a Cover Supervisor who is passionate about education and has a degree from a UK University. You must be able to deliver fun, interactive, and inclusive lessons to your class and create a positive and welcoming environment in the classroom.
