Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in supporting the site management team in overseeing site activities, ensuring that work is conducted safely and profitably to achieve the program's objectives and deliver a high-quality product in accordance with company requirements and legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the site management team to develop and implement effective site strategies, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Ensure that customer needs are consistently met, and their expectations are exceeded through proactive engagement and timely issue resolution.
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring that the site operates in a safe and compliant manner.
  • Monitor and report on site performance, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SSSTS certification (preferably SMSTS or working towards SMSTS)
  • Minimum PTS card
  • CSCS card and other identified training
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in construction, project management, or a related field.
