About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Octavius Infrastructure. As a key member of our site management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with the site management team to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to site staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum SSSTS competent (preferably SMSTS or working towards SMSTS)
- Minimum PTS card
- CSCS card and other identified training
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in construction and project management
