Sphere Solutions is working with a respected housebuilder to recruit an experienced Site Manager to join a site in West Cornwall.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure HSE compliance on-site at all times, including NHBC standards, building regulations, and overall quality standards.
  • Coordinate labour and sub-contractor resources.
  • Initiate and attend plot inspections.
  • Work with the Contracts Manager to ensure the on-site Construction team is fully resourced and well-directed.
Requirements:
  • Extensive house building experience, with at least 5 years' experience as a Site Manager.
  • Demonstrate good leadership skills, ensuring delivery to the highest quality.
  • In-depth knowledge of both traditional and modern construction methods.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work qualifications.
  • Good knowledge of the Cornish supply chain.
