We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Site Manager to join our team at Octavius Infrastructure. As a key member of our site management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects, from planning to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the site management team in managing site activities, ensuring work is conducted safely and profitably to achieve the program's goals and deliver a quality product in accordance with company requirements and legislation.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, promoting and protecting our reputation while remaining customer-focused and aligned with company policies and values.
- Ensure that customer needs are considered at all stages of planning and delivering projects.
- Deliver high-quality projects and services, and ensure that projects and deliverables are closed out effectively and in a timely manner.
- Seek customer feedback at regular intervals and implement action plans to improve areas identified as weaknesses.
- Engage with local communities to create a positive impact through our projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum SSSTS competent (preferably SMSTS or working towards SMSTS)
- Minimum PTS card
- CSCS card and other identified training
- Experience working on a broad section of disciplines such as groundworks, RC structures, steelwork, and building
