Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in supporting the site management team in overseeing site activities, ensuring that work is conducted safely and profitably to achieve the program's objectives and deliver a high-quality product in accordance with company requirements and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer engagement at key stages of each project, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that the customer is considered at all stages of planning and delivering projects, guaranteeing that their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Oversee the delivery of projects to a high standard of quality and service, ensuring that projects and deliverables are closed out effectively and in a timely manner.
- Regularly solicit on-site customer feedback, addressing any concerns promptly and implementing improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Seek feedback from suppliers and implement action plans to address areas of weakness, driving continuous improvement.
- Engage with local communities to create a positive impact through our projects, promoting the company's values and reputation.
- Deliver a high-quality product that meets customer requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum SSSTS competent (preferably SMSTS or working towards SMSTS)
- Minimum PTS card
- CSCS card and other identified training
- Experience working on a broad range of disciplines, including groundworks, RC structures, steelwork, and building
