Tax Consultant for Personal Tax Services

We are partnering with Clark Wood, a modern and independent firm of accountants based on the outskirts of Tamworth. They are seeking an experienced Personal Tax Senior to join their growing team in a mixed compliance and advisory capacity.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work directly under the tax partner, gaining experience from one of Warwickshire's most recognized tax partners. The role will involve managing your own portfolio of tax clients, preparing tax returns and computations, and providing expert advice on personal tax matters to clients.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations while identifying tax planning opportunities. This will also involve liaising with clients and handling tax queries efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own workload and meet deadlines
- Prepare tax returns and computations for clients
- Provide expert advice on personal tax matters to clients
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Liaise with clients and handle tax queries
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- ATT Qualified or equivalent experience within tax
- Prior experience working in a firm of Chartered Accountants, specifically in a personal tax-focused role
- Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A competitive salary (£50,000 - £65,000 per annum)
