About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Integration Specialist to join our team at Virtuoso Recruitment Limited. As a Technical Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering best-in-class integration services and technical support to a wide range of businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Integrations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality integration services and technical support to clients.
  • You will work closely with clients to resolve technical challenges and provide problem-solving solutions.
  • Provide ongoing technical assistance and support to our client success team.
  • Stay up-to-date with constantly changing integration API specifications.
  • Ensure that internal integration documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience of working in a technical environment.
  • Previous experience of working in the payments sector or wider financial environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
  • Experience of self-managing workloads on a day-to-day basis and meeting SLA deadlines.
  • Personable communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with clients, colleagues, and service providers.
  • Confidently work with colleagues across all levels of the wider business and possess the ability to communicate effectively to non-technical people.
  • A team player that is self-motivated with a desire to achieve and the ability to work on own initiative.
  • A multi-tasker with a keen eye on attention to detail.
  • Possess solid technical skills including HTML, PHP, SQL, and Microsoft 365 suite of products.
