We are recruiting an Executive Support Specialist to support our Principal Officers. The role involves providing high-quality executive support, managing competing workloads, and building professional relationships with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective coordination, secretariat, and administrative support to the Principal Officer and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Act as a professional first point of contact for the Executive Leadership Team, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and dealing with enquiries.
  • Support meetings of the Fire Authority and Executive Leadership Team, including booking venues, refreshments, and equipment, and preparing and distributing agendas and reports.
  • Coordinate high-profile national meetings and events.

Key Qualities and Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and logical thinking.
  • Proactive with excellent administrative ability.
  • Proven interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving experience.
  • Ability to work as a team and respond to evolving priorities.
