Role Overview: This pivotal role involves managing and steering sales teams across various segments, including infrastructure, industry, and building. You will also oversee the commercial excellence team and the technical sales office team.
- Lead and manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and reliable forecasting.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute an ambitious commercial strategy.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of key clients, including asset owners, consultants, main contractors, resellers, and installers.
- Develop and implement best-in-class sales processes and coaching programs to enhance team performance.
- Continuously improve the effectiveness and profitability of sales activities.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is around £80,000 - £110,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including life assurance, critical illness cover, pension contribution up to 10%, dental cash plan, enhanced parental leave, great discounts on local retailers and restaurants, fantastic Health & Wellbeing package including an Employee Assistance Programme, and a cycle to work scheme.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior commercial role, preferably within the infrastructure, industry, or building segments.
