Job Description: As a Senior Sales and Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for managing and steering sales teams across various segments, including infrastructure, industry, and building. You will also oversee the commercial excellence team and the technical sales office team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Lead and manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and reliable forecasting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including asset owners, consultants, main contractors, resellers, and installers.
- Continuously improve the effectiveness and profitability of sales activities.
Compensation and Benefits: The estimated annual salary for this role is around £90,000 - £120,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including life assurance, critical illness cover, pension contribution up to 10%, dental cash plan, enhanced parental leave, great discounts on local retailers and restaurants, fantastic Health & Wellbeing package including an Employee Assistance Programme, and a cycle to work scheme.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior commercial role, preferably within the infrastructure, industry, or building segments.
- High level of commercial and strategic awareness.
