About the Role
In this exciting role as Culinary Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation. This involves developing and implementing culinary strategies, managing menu planning and inventory control, and ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Manage menu planning and inventory control to minimize waste and optimize profitability
- Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

About You:
We are looking for an experienced chef or kitchen manager with a passion for delivering exceptional food quality and presentation. As a Culinary Operations Director, you will have a proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving results in a fast-paced environment. You will also have good communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Salary and Benefits:
