purovets is seeking an exceptional Veterinary Practice Manager to lead our Cambridgeshire team. This exciting opportunity comes with a salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

As a key member of our veterinary group, you will be responsible for managing a team of veterinarians, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and clinical excellence are maintained. You will work closely with our Clinical Director to provide leadership, training, and development of the vet team, as well as guidance and support to the nursing and client care team.

Our practice operates across a 24-hour, Tier 3 hospital and 5 smaller branch surgeries, providing a wide range of veterinary treatments to our loyal customer base. We boast state-of-the-art facilities, including digital X-Ray, Ultrasound, EC, In-house lab, Endoscopy, dental suite, intensive care facilities, Hydrotherapy, separate dog and cat wards, and much more.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing a team. In return for your expertise, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
