We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Worker to join our team in prisons. As a Graduate Mental Health Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and psychologically informed interventions to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide targeted mental health interventions under the supervision of registered mental health professionals.
- Develop and implement plans of care to support recovery, advocating for improved choice and access to evidence-based mental health support and therapies.
- Engage with patients to provide support and interventions to meet their health and social needs through individual or group work.
- Support patients in adopting health promotion strategies that promote healthy lifestyles and self-care.
