Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Inclusion. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with individuals experiencing mental health issues, providing targeted interventions and support under the supervision of registered mental health professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with mental health practitioners and patients to develop personalized care plans, promoting recovery and well-being.
- Advocate for improved access to evidence-based mental health support and therapies, empowering patients to harness their own networks and improve resilience.
- Engage with patients to provide individualized support and interventions, addressing their unique health and social needs.
- Support patients in adopting healthy lifestyle strategies and promoting self-care principles.
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A background in mental health or a related field is essential, with a passion for delivering high-quality support and interventions.
