Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Inclusion. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with individuals experiencing mental health issues, providing targeted interventions and support under the supervision of registered mental health professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with mental health practitioners and patients to develop personalized care plans, promoting recovery and well-being.
  2. Advocate for improved access to evidence-based mental health support and therapies, empowering patients to harness their own networks and improve resilience.
  3. Engage with patients to provide individualized support and interventions, addressing their unique health and social needs.
  4. Support patients in adopting healthy lifestyle strategies and promoting self-care principles.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A background in mental health or a related field is essential, with a passion for delivering high-quality support and interventions.
