Battery NEXUS: We are seeking a highly skilled Account Development Specialist to join our team in London, Bicester, or the Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction in our key accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively managing and supporting day-to-day activities of current key accounts in their assigned region. You will be accountable for managing sales and customer relations, from first interaction to delivery of the product.

Your primary focus will be on providing customer-focused advice and support, adhering to organisational policies, procedures, and legal requirements. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling daily queries and escalating to the Commercial Director when necessary.

You will work closely with the Commercial Director to identify suitable tenders, manage customer daily and weekly activities, and participate in quarterly business reviews to enhance customer experience and develop market intelligence.

This role requires building solid business partnerships across the organisation to deliver a first-class product to customers. You will represent customers' views and progress the sales strategy within the organisation.
