Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach the team to ensure all areas of responsibility are met

  • Work with the team to maintain a clean and safe kitchen and dining area
  • Promote Health and Safety as a top priority
  • Perform daily duties as a Team Member and deputize in the absence of the Brand Manager

Pay Rates:

£16-17 per hour, £18-20 per hour, £21+ per hour, with an additional £1 per hour when leading a shift

Location: Haven Haggerston Castle Holiday Park, Beal, Berwick-upon-Tweed, Northumberland, TD15 2PA

Experience and Qualifications:

We're looking for someone with experience working in a fast-food, restaurant, or hospitality environment, preferably as a shift leader. You should be able to lead and coach the team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
