Restaurant Shift Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at Haven Haggerston Castle Holiday Park. As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coaching our team to ensure all areas of responsibility are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach the team to ensure all areas of responsibility are met
  • Escalate issues to the Brand Manager when required
  • Induct and support new starters through 90-day induction and completion of core departmental training
  • Deliver a hands-on approach to restaurant duties and greet our customers
  • Work with the team to keep our kitchens and dining areas clean and safe
  • Always promote Health and Safety first

Pay Rates: 16-17 from £, 18-20 from £, 21+ from £ per hour, with an additional £1 per hour when leading a shift

Location: Haven Haggerston Castle Holiday Park, Beal, Berwick-upon-Tweed, Northumberland, TD15 2PA

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast food, restaurant, or hospitality environment
  • Previous experience working as a shift leader
  • Ability to lead and coach the team
