Residential Care Practitioner

Hartford Care Ltd is a leading provider of care services, committed to delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. We are seeking a Residential Care Practitioner to join our dedicated team, who will be responsible for creating a safe and happy atmosphere, promoting the dignity, independence, and overall well-being of our residents.
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure that residents receive the highest standard of care, prioritising their needs and preferences. No previous experience is required, as we provide full training. However, we do require a flexible approach and a caring attitude, with a desire to work as part of a dedicated team and a right to work in the UK.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, which is estimated at £24,000 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on location), as well as opportunities for paid training and development throughout their career.
