Job Title: Residential Care Assistant
We are seeking a caring and reliable Residential Care Assistant to join our team at Hartford Care Ltd.
Job Summary: As a Residential Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring that they receive the best possible service.
About the Role:
- You will work closely with our care teams to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
- You will assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with colleagues, residents, and external stakeholders.
- You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of residents' care plans and progress.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a related role, preferably in a care or healthcare setting.
- An excellent understanding of health and safety procedures and infection control practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £18,000 - £23,000 per annum.
