About the Role:

Cera, a leading digital healthcare provider in the UK and Germany, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join its finance team. This role will involve processing supplier invoices, creating payment files, reconciling accounts, and logging queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process and verify supplier invoices and purchase orders.
  2. Create and manage payment files for suppliers.
  3. Reconcile supplier accounts to ensure accuracy.
  4. Log and respond to queries from suppliers and colleagues.
  5. Perform other administrative tasks as required by the Accounts Payable Manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience in accounts payable with a large organization.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and accurate in work.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems is an asset.
  • AAT qualification or equivalent experience.
  • GCSEs including English and Mathematics.
